3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

Payments processed via Apple/Google IAP or Stripe
Refunds subject to store policies

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for cheating on exams or academic dishonesty
Submit inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
Share your account credentials with others
Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
Scrape, copy, or resell App content
Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Content Ownership

You grant us license to process and display your content
We may use anonymized data to improve the service

Our Content

AI-generated solutions and responses are provided for educational use
You may not redistribute or commercialize our content

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Solutions may contain errors or inaccuracies
Verify important information independently

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

App is provided "AS IS" without warranties
We are not liable for academic outcomes or grades
We are not responsible for user-generated content
Our liability is limited to subscription fees paid
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the service
Fail to pay subscription fees

You may terminate your account at any time via app settings.

10. Changes to Terms
